This is a workout I stumbled across on Pinterest that I figured I’d share. This is HIIT (high intensity interval training) and yes, it’ll make you sore the next day. I just had a baby two months ago and this paired with juicing has been helping me with those extra pounds that are just hanging around. The goal is to get as many reps in as possible in 7 minutes. It doesn’t seem like much but it kicked my butt, I’ve lose 10 of the 25 pounds so far in 3 weeks and I’ve been walking and doing this workout probably around 4-5 nights a week.

Washing makeup brushes

This is just a quick tip for you all, the difference a clean makeup brush makes is insane! You don’t need to go out and spend tons of money on new brushes to get desirable result, just clean your brushes! Some ways I clean mine are,
1. Baby shampoo this is the least harsh way to get it done, just pour a small amount in your palm and swipe gently back and fourth through the soap, rinse, and air dry.
2. Shampoo this is not for everyday use because the harsh sulfates can harm the brushes. But follow the same instructions above and viola!
Use both of these methods at least once a month to keep your brushes clean.

I was looking up ways on the internet on how to grow my hair out fast because above are two pictures of what my hair looked like before and after my big chop. (I am wearing extensions in the first one but it was only for thickness and its like a one to two inch difference) And unfortunately, I miss my hair. So, I came a cross this method called the inversion method and I figured I would share it with you guys to see if you really can grow one full inch in just seven days! the method is
Oil your scalp with warm oil of your preference (I’m using olive oil)
And then tilt your head upside down for four minutes.
Simple enough, the who idea is that you scalp gets a boost of blood circulation and it triggers it to grow. So I’m gonna give it a try and next week Ill post my results.

Sparkling daytime smokey

This is a super quick cute look that involves blending three glittery eye shadows from Urban Decay. Urban Decay has GREAT eye shadows that are super pigmented and last a long time.
to get this look first,
PRIME the eyelid. (top right), then after you prime sweep the entire lid with the shadow, I used Urban Decays Midnight cowgirl (top left corner) a little goes a long way because it does drop on your face. Then, Blend the entire lid with a blending brush Urban Decays Midnight Rodeo. It goes on dark at first so BLEND BLEND BLEND! Again, a little goes a long way with this as well. After you finish blending that, the final color I used to get this look was Urban Decays Lost. This only goes on the very outside corner and it creates the dark shadowy look on the outside corner.
Optional: I love eyeliner so I just lined the top and bottom lids with Bronze by Smash Box. and Viola! two coats of Bare Minerals Mascara and All Done!
