This is a workout I stumbled across on Pinterest that I figured I’d share. This is HIIT (high intensity interval training) and yes, it’ll make you sore the next day. I just had a baby two months ago and this paired with juicing has been helping me with those extra pounds that are just hanging around. The goal is to get as many reps in as possible in 7 minutes. It doesn’t seem like much but it kicked my butt, I’ve lose 10 of the 25 pounds so far in 3 weeks and I’ve been walking and doing this workout probably around 4-5 nights a week.
